I am country Manager of ASI – Partners. We need a Cattle and goat slaughtering Plant , details are given below:

Plant required for a meat processing plant in Southern Punjab - Pakistan.

1.The plant should have 2 lines - One for Cattle/Buffalo, One for Goat/Lamb
2.The capacity is 30-40 tonnes per shift for the Cattle Line and 10-15 tonnes per shift for Goat Line
3.The cattle line will require an Islamic (Ritual) knocking box
4.A de-boing line with the capacity of be-boning upto 10 tonnes of beef per shift is also required.
5.Both new and used plant options are to be considered. However, the responsibility of erection and
operational preparedness will be undertaken by the supplier along with some form of guarantee.
6.Accessories for Offal processing etc can be proposed if available
8. The materials and equipment must meet US FDA, EU and GCC food safety specifications.
